Just off the main A30 at the eastern end of Cornwall, Launceston is known as the "Gateway to Cornwall". On the Devon and Cornwall border and between Bodmin and Dartmoor, the town allows easy access to West Devon, the Tamar Valley and North and South Cornwall. Launceston is a traditional market town. It is quintessentially Cornish, with its Georgian houses, intricately carved church, narrow streets and market square.

Trethorne Leisure Park
The Leisure Park has endless opportunities for fun and games. There is a programme of activities throughout the day, allowing customers to ride ponies, bottle feed lambs, hand milk cows, and stroke the animals.
Activities in the play area include Pillow Bash, Bungee Run, Ball Pools, Slides, Trampolines and the Jolly Roger's Ball Blaster.
There is also a large outdoor park, with crazy golf, aerial glide and much more.
Bude is Cornwall's special unspoilt place "where coast meets countryside". The Bude area offers its visitors a variety of holiday experiences from a relaxing short or weekend break to challenging activity holidays in natural surroundings, family holidays with nearby attractions and adventure parks, and opportunities for walking, cycling, golf and bird watching.

On your visit to the Centre you will see British and Asian Short Clawed Otters playing and being fed close at hand.
There are Fallow Deer in a woodland enclosure and you will see Wallabies and Muntjac Deer roaming around the grounds.
Werrington Park
At over 1200 yards, Werrington Park, just outside Launceston, is one of the longest club hills on the mainland. Starting from the riverside, it climbs through open parkland.
